The art of coaching

Keurmerk Physiotherapy gave me and my colleagues this challenging assignment. We will write a book on the ‘art of coaching’ professional peer learning groups in healthcare according to our professional experience. We received carte blanche. To find out what the art is, we observe coaches during their work and analyze critical moments in the process. It is inspiring to do this together with experts in the field of coaching Anjo Markhorst , healthcare innovation Maartje Kuijpens and Ron van Heerde and healthcare policy Marije de Leur.
