Peer Review is a reflection method for healthcare professionals to improve the quality of their work. Physiotherapists who start with Peer Review work purposefully on the quality of their daily work by discussing issues that are related to their professional practice. By highlighting different perspectives on the issues at hand and comparing them to professional standards, meaningful alternatives for action can be jointly considered. This is only possible in a safe environment in which participants <span style=\"color: #3c5264;\"><strong>\u2018show what they do and say what they think\u2019<\/strong><\/span> and adopt a coachable attitude. Participants give each other a glimpse into their daily practice from the genuine need to learn from each other. Within this assignment we developed and tested four Peer Review programs.
